Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information TonyAIProfit collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can and we never sell your information.

What we collect and why
- Free guide sign-up: your first name and email address, to send you the free guide and occasional practical tips. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Purchases: when you buy, our payment partner Polar collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order, calculate taxes and send your receipt and download link. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount, but never your full card number.
- Emails you send us: your message and email address, to answer you and handle refunds.
- Website statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
- Where visitors come from: with your permission, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our pages (for example, which page they came from, which guides they download and whether they sign up). Google processes this data under its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. If you decline cookies, Google Analytics only receives basic, cookie-free signals.
- How visitors use the site: with your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (for example, how far people scroll and what they click) so we can improve them. Clarity collects usage data through cookies and similar technology, and masks text you type. Microsoft processes this data under its privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for the purposes above:
- Polar (payments, taxes, delivery of files)
- MailerLite (email list and free guide delivery)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and anonymous statistics)
- Proton (our email provider)
These providers may store information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own security and privacy commitments. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising cookies. On your first visit we ask whether you accept cookies for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you decline, Clarity doesn't load and Google Analytics runs without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. The checkout window run by Polar may use cookies that are necessary for payment and fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Purchase records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 6 years in Canada).
- Support emails: up to 2 years, unless needed longer for a purchase record.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except what we must keep by law), and you can withdraw your consent to emails at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
We use reputable providers with strong security, keep access to your information to a minimum and use two-step verification on our accounts. If a privacy incident ever puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
