These terms apply when you visit tonyaiprofit.com or buy the AI for Small Business kit. By buying, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

What you're buying

Digital products only: PDF books and guides, spreadsheets (Excel files and Google Sheets copies) and, in the Complete Kit, the bonus files described on the sales page. Nothing is shipped. You receive a download link by email right after payment.

• Essentials: 5 books, 5 spreadsheets and the Start Here guide.
• Complete Kit: everything in Essentials plus the Prompt Library, the Message Kit, the App Guide, Google Sheets versions and 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. We never see or store your full card details.

The Complete Kit founding price of $189 is available until November 30, 2026 or until the first 200 Complete Kit orders, whichever comes first. After that, the regular price is $229.

Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own business, including with your employees. You may print them and adapt the templates, prompts and spreadsheets for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or give away the files or the download links, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.

Information, not professional advice

The kit gives general, practical information about using AI tools and running a small business. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or other professional advice. Laws and rules differ by country, province and state; check with a qualified professional before you rely on anything for those topics.

AI tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking anything an AI tool produces before you use it, and for how you use third-party apps, including their prices, terms and privacy practices. Tool names, features and prices change often; they were checked in October 2026.

Results

The stories in the books are illustrative, and the characters are fictional. Statistics come from the sources named in each book. Your results depend on your business, your market and the effort you put in; we don't promise any specific income or result.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that result from using the information or the third-party tools mentioned in the kit. This doesn't limit any rights you can't give up under the law that applies to you.

Changes and contact
